Frequently Asked Questions

If your jewelry requires repair which is due to wear and tear following regular use or an accident (impact, scratch, rhodium plating, cleaning, etc.), a quote will be sent to you by our workshops.
Upon receipt of your jewelry in our workshops, if the repair is possible, an estimate will be communicated to you. If you validate this estimate, your jewel will be repaired in our workshops and will be sent back to you as soon as possible.
