Engraving and Adjustement to size available

You want to put your personal touch on your jewelry. The engraving of your jewel when it is possible is free only for wedding rings. For all other jewels the engraving is chargeable. To do this, you just need to request it during your purchase. We remind you that free return for all engraved jewelry is impossible except for wedding rings. Do not hesitate to contact us to assist you with your purchase.

Buying a ring on the internet can be a source of stress regarding size. No worries !
You have at your disposal on our site a ring holder to print which will allow you to know the size that you need.
If, despite delivery, the size does not suit you, you can return it to us for free resizing. Exceptionally for all alliances even engraved returns are possible and free under the conditions set out in our RETURN chapter.


The resizing conditions

- The jewel is in perfect condition and has not been worn. It must not contain any sign of use (micro-scratches or impact, deformation ... on the body of the jewel).
- The ring has not already been the subject of a cut request.
- The jewel has been returned within 30 days after receipt of it by the customer, the postmark being taken.
- The deadline for resizing is 4 weeks maximum.
