2. Price & Payment

• 2.1 Price of the shipment

The prices of Our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The shipping price is free in mainland France. The price of deliveries outside mainland France is indicated (i) either on Our Site at the time of the order in the event that the place of delivery is included in the options offered (ii) by e-mail to Our Company for all others destinations.

• 2.2 Shipping abroad

The prices of Our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The shipping price is free in mainland France over 200 € of purchases. For all products shipped outside the European Union, the price will be calculated without tax on the invoice. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not Our responsibility and do not fall under Our responsibility. • 2.6 Payment of orders

You can pay for your orders:
(I) by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Carte Bleue): the amount of Your order is then debited within 7 (seven) days. The date of registration of the order is that of online payment.
(II) by bank transfer: Our Site delivers You the bank details of Annabelle de Figueiredo - adefparis.com. You must make the required transfer so that it appears within 7 (seven) days for the order to be registered. The order registration date is that of online payment.
In the event that one of the due payments is refused, the entire amount becomes immediately payable in advance. It is not possible to reschedule the balance due.

3. Order, products and delivery

3.3.2 Place of delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that You indicated during the ordering process. The delivery address of the product may be different from that of the resize. We invite You to contact us by email contact@adefparis.com in case of doubt.

3.3.3 Delivery times
Unless longer manufacturing, processing, shipping and / or routing times are required (which We inform You of when ordering on the Site or in our stores), the products ordered are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks maximum from the receipt of Your order (see section 3.2.3 above). Delivery will be deemed to take place on the date of first presentation of the products to the delivery address indicated.

3.3.4 Late delivery
We invite You to regularly consult the follow-up of Your order on the Site (see My orders) or by calling Our customer service. (article 1.1 above).
We will keep You informed of any delay in shipment of which We become aware.
If You order several products at the same time and only some of them are delayed, We may split the shipments. In this case, We will notify You of the arrangements we intend to make before the launch of the delivery.
In the event that the package appears damaged or spoiled, you must refuse it to the carrier and notify us of your refusal.

3.3.5 Observations on the delivery or the products delivered
You must imperatively check the packages and the products upon delivery. If You have any reservation or observation justifying that the products are returned to us, You must proceed as indicated in article 4 below.

3.3.6 Ownership - Risks

4. Returns and resizing, right of withdrawal

For this Your package must be returned using the slip provided by Annabelle de Figueiredo - adefparis.com from one of the following countries: Metropolitan France & DOM TOM (Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélémy, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Upon receipt of Your jewel, We check that it is in perfect condition, then acknowledge receipt of the jewel. Then, We will reimburse You the price corresponding to the value of the products at the latest fourteen (14) days following the date on which Your return has been accepted by Annabelle de Figueiredo - adefparis.com, as indicated in article 4.3 ci -after.

5. Guarantees

• 5.1 Regarding the products

5.1.1 Legal guarantees
Annabelle de Figueiredo - adefparis.com respects the legislation in force concerning the product's lack of conformity to the Contract and unacceptable defects under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code:
"Article L. 217-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller is required to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also responsible for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when the latter has been charged to him by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.
Article L. 217-5 of the Consumer Code: To comply with the contract, the product must:

In addition, Annabelle de Figueiredo - adefparis.com extends this warranty to jewelry sold by the Company beyond two years and without time limit when the product is used under normal conditions.
It is recalled, as necessary, that (i) damage, deformation and destruction of the products as well as (ii) breakage and loss of stones and pearls, which would be a consequence of external efforts, shocks or defects of handling is not covered by this warranty. They give rise to a repair estimate, and, if You accept the quote, to invoicing for the repair.
