Gold plated or silver plated is not as hardy as gold and can tarnish over time. But this darkening is not linked to the quality of the metal. It is a natural wear of the jewel. However, plated jewelry requires special care.
- Avoid contact with water.
- Avoid contact with chemicals (household products, perfume ...).
- Avoid very hot weather.
- If the plated jewelry stays too long in their jewelry boxes they can also lose their shine, if this happens you can clean them with a soft cloth.

If, despite everything, your plated jewelry does not regain its shine or begins to flake, you can return it to us, a repair estimate will be communicated to you.
