What is the guarantee of an Annabelle jewel from Figueiredo ?


All our creations and all the jewelry sold under our Annabelle de Figueiredo brand - adefparis.com are guaranteed for life against hidden defects and defects. Despite a drastic control during manufacturing and during shipping it may happen that a defect escapes us. If this is the case, the insurance for defects and hidden defects will be put in place and we will take care of the repair of the jewel as well as the return and return of it.
 
We draw your attention to the fact that these guarantees will not be applicable and that we will not bear the cost of restoration if we find that your jewel has undergone any intervention carried out in a workshop other than those of Annabelle de Figueiredo - adefparis.com. It will be the same if upon receipt of your jewelry, our workshops find improper and therefore not normal use of your jewelry.

If your jewelry requires repair which is due to wear due to regular use or an accident (impact, scratch, rhodium plating, cleaning, etc.), a quote will be issued by our workshops if reconditioning is possible. Upon receipt of your jewelry in our workshops, a quote will be communicated to you. If you validate this estimate, your jewel will be repaired in our workshops and will be sent back to you as soon as possible.
