Our designer jewelry has a one year (1 year) warranty. This warranty applies exclusively to the manufacturing defect. A piece of jewelry used outside of the usual precautions would not fit into this framework.

We draw your attention to the fact that these guarantees will not be applicable and that we will not bear the cost of restoration if we find that your jewel has undergone any intervention carried out in a workshop other than those of Annabelle de Figueiredo - adefparis.com. It will be the same if when receiving your jewelry, our workshops find improper and therefore not normal use of your jewelry.
 
If your jewelry requires repair which is due to wear due to regular use or an accident (impact, scratch, rhodium plating, cleaning, etc.), a quote will be issued by our workshops if reconditioning is possible. Upon receipt of your jewelry in our workshops, a quote will be communicated to you. If you validate this estimate, your jewel will be repaired in our workshops and will be sent back to you as soon as possible.
